Extra Mature farm Cheddar
Matured for approximately 16 months. A delicious nutty long-lasting flavour, and quite possibly the best un-pasturised cheddar ever to be made. Suitable for Vegetarian weirdos.

Roquefort
Most food which has gone off can't be sold legally, cheese is made better with more mould. Creamy soft ewes' milk blue cheese from France. Quite sharp.

Istara
Moist firm ewes' milk cheese from the French Pyrenees. Stronger flavour than Etorki, but not quite as strong as Glen Ross.

Morbier
A soft French cheese with a layer of edible oak charcoal for added flavour. Won best in show at crufts before being banned for not being a dog.
